Snowbird Season runs January thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. **Construction on the beach access is occurring and will be completed by April 30, 2025. During this time, the One Seagrove beach access will be closed, including over Spring Break. For your convenience, the nearest public beach accesses are Bramble Grove, 1 mile west, and Eastern Lake, 1 mile east.**

If you prefer a leisurely stroll, then Café 30A is only minutes away and constantly ranked as one of the best restaurants on 30A. Angelina's is also within walking distance for pasta or pizza. Walk to The Dough Sea Dough for morning donuts or breakfast sandwiches. The Big Chill at Prominence, around 3 miles east, is great place to take kids, watch an outdoor movie, listen to music or eat at one of the half a dozen unique eateries.
Seaside is a fantastic destination, most widely known for being featured in the Truman Show with Jim Carrey. The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Sea Turtle Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 783 feet out from the Grayton Beach State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Sea Turtle Reef is at a depth of 12-19 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
