With sleeping arrangements for up to 8 guests, proximity to the beach, and access to 2 community pools and a tennis court, Life’s a Beach provides a relaxed and convenient stay on 30A for your entire family!

Seaside and a variety of restaurants are just a stroll or bike ride away. Embrace the outdoors with miles of paved bike/walking path right across the street from The Grove's entrance, allowing you to immerse yourself in the beauty of all 30A has to offer. Plus, the public beach walkover awaits directly across 30A from the subdivision's entrance, ensuring convenient access to our white-sand beaches.

Guests are given a unique door code that is active for the duration of their stay.

• Parking for 3 Vehicles.
• No Boats, Trailers, or U-Hauls are permitted.

• Must be 25 or older and staying at the property for the entire stay.
• The primary guest is required to sign the Kismet Properties Renter’s Agreement
• The Primary guest is required to upload a copy of their photo ID.
• Credit card information will be required to be held in case of bike loss or damage.
• Guests do not have access to the garage.

Quiet, clean, great location

Our goal was to explore 30a. This house is convenient to the beach access, pool and within biking distance to seaside. We had a very comfortable stay with 7 people. The house is well equipped for cooking. It was great to have access to bikes and a small collection of beach gear. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Life’s A Beach! Check-in was seamless, the house was spacious and as described, and it suited our family of 6 perfectly! We enjoyed riding the bikes downtown, and utilized the tennis/pickleball court, the pool and went to the beach several times. This was the perfect end of summer vacation!

Amazing house in a nice quiet location but still close to the beach. The house was very clean and spacious for my family of 8. The beach is easily walkable and the neighborhood pools are nice and quiet. We would definitely consider staying here again. It’s amazing!

Loved this beach house!

Loved everything about this place. Short walk to the beach and pool. The house was decorated In a comfortable style with rooms far enough apart to have your own privacy. Loved how the house was set in an older style neighborhood with large trees and landscaping that made it feel more like private homes than touristy, and made it nice to sit on the outdoor porches because of the shade. Will definitely try to book this home again.

We had a wonderful stay. The house is a 5-10 walk straight to the beach access, 2 min from the nice community pool, and a 5-8 min drive from Seaside shopping and entertainment, and grocery store. The house was clean, well stocked, and very comfortable. The quiet community was perfect for our young family!

Highly recommend!

Extremely close to the beach and the neighborhood pool is literally a stones throw away. Recommend bringing own beach towels/detergent but it was all mentioned in the file sent. Comfortable stay!

We loved our week at the beach! This house was perfect for our group. My favorite spot was the screened in porch, cute and cozy. We rode our bikes everywhere, especially to the beach access just across the street. Thanks for supplying everything we didn’t know we needed!

Great Vacation

The house was exactly as pictured. It was very roomy and the office off the great room was great if you have to work any on vacation. We enjoyed the screened in porch. The walk to beach was short, but if you have a cart there are four flights of stairs to get down to the beach. That is just something to know if you have any relatives that are unable to get downstairs. The beach was not crowded and is part of a private beach area. Nancy was very quick to answer any questions. The only thing is and not really a negative was that the maintenance company just needs to replace light bulbs when out, the faucet broke off in the kitchen, and the dishwasher was not working and we had to handwash everything. There is a grill and we used several times, I feel if you use you should clean, but before we used it we had to scrub the grate it was so dirty. The cleaning/maintenance company should probably check that.after rental. Overyall, it was a great place and very quiet neighborhood. We would recommend this property.

Life’s a Beach

We had a great trip except for an overnight stay at Sacred Heart hospital. The local police and paramedics were great as were the ER staff and doctors. Our property was is a great location and was perfect for our needs.

Neighborhood is quaint and serene. The property had everything we needed. Very clean and decor was perfect! Loved our stay! Would highly recommend! We rented bikes and rode to Seaside, Watercolor and through Seagrove. The beach access may be more of a walk than some visitors may want. But there is nice public beach access, accessible by car. Then a short walk to the beautiful emerald waters!! Life’s a Beach!

Perfect beach location

This property was a short walk to the beach, and in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. It came perfectly equipped with all kitchen needs and comfortably accommodated our 6 guests. The owners were quick to respond to questions and left clear instructions inside. It’s right in the mix of everything 30-A. Would definitely stay again!
