Overall, the condo was an okay place to stay. It was clean and in a good location. However, the listing offers 4 complimentary bikes to use and they actually only offer 2. We rented this condo so we could use 4 bikes. We chose it over another condo for that reason. Vacasa responded promptly but said they no longer offer 4 bikes and it is Vrbo responsibility to change it on their listing. The bike rental company also responded promptly and said Vacasa no longer rents 4 complimentary bikes instead only the 2. We ended up having to rent 2 more bikes. The TV/Roku remotes were not working in the living room or the 2 guest rooms. Without the Roku remote the TV would not work.

Roomy Condo with Short Walk to the Beach

We really enjoyed our trip to Seagrove Beach. The condo is conveniently located close to restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping; and is a short walk to the beach. Although there is a beach access just across the street, it is a private beach area for the condos directly on the beach. We occasionally walked to the public beach, which is about 400 yards to the west, but found it easier to drive to the public beach parking lot where there are restrooms. There is also a bike shop within walking distance, and the 30 A bike trail goes through several little towns, including Seaside where there is an abundance of food trucks and restaurants. The unit itself was clean and very roomy and accommodated the five adult family members and one teen who travelled with us. The full-size bunkbeds were a plus for the additional adults, however, there is no room to store clothing, much less change clothes in that room. So, one large closet in the adjacent bedroom was used for three people. The other bedrooms are very large, and the beds comfortable. There is also a TV in each room with cable and Netflix. The screened in lanai was frequently used for reading and drinking coffee in every part of the day except for the very hottest. The area is close enough to Panama City if you want to visit Pier Park, but we prefer this part of the gulf as it is less crowded and there are no high rises to block your view of the ocean. If you haven’t been to the beaches of Santa Rosa, I would recommend this place for the value, comfort, and convenience.
