You manage very well and beautifully the various group hosting (weddings, corporate events, private events) while maintaining an overall feeling of calm for your other guests. The staff is sensational; to name a few: Adrianna at Ballenas restaurant is the most welcoming and kind with her smile and special attentions; Alejandro and Xiomara servers at Ballenas as well, our housekeeper on the 5th floor was very sunny and gracious, Sergio at the lunch restaurant was also very kind and all the staff from entertainment and pool. Please pass on the congratulations to your hard working staff who are never short of providing excellent hospitality. Thank you. We hope to return!

We enjoyed staying at the Marquis immensely! The resort is beautiful! Food was excellent! All staff were friendly and attentive to our needs. Pool side service was awesome! We interacted with many staff members however exceptional were Fidel, Johnny, Samantha, Alejandra, Evan, Matias. Kenia from the Concierge went the extra mile because on her days off she drove to the nearest city to purchase 4 bottles of vanilla for me! Although I cannot remember all of their names; every staff member helped make our stay relaxing and comfortable. We would highly recommend this resort!

Staff is unbelievable knew my name by the 2nd day and attention to detail was unreal. Music was fantastic but shows were hotel grade. Food was excellent but somewhat limited. Don’t get me wrong everything was delicious. Watched whales all day long from the pool and my balcony

Absolutely beautiful property, very attentive staff. My husband had a medical emergency on our first night there and the attention of quick thinking of staff we so appreciated. We were so impressed with how they continue to check with us daily making sure all was well. Our room was very nice, beautiful ocean views, lots a whale watching. Food was also very good.. I have nothing bad to say about this place.

This resort is AMAZING! I may be biased because I got engaged here but even before the engagement, we were in love with this property. First, SO CLEAN! Our housekeepers were amazing and I’m pretty sure came twice a day. Second, the facility is SO clean. Everyone is SO friendly and happy to be there and help in anyway. This was a Babymoon trip and I did not expect anyone to pamper me but my god. I got pampered without even asking! Also, I LOVED my mommy to be massage. My fiancé also got a haircut — lovely. The location is phenomenal. We only left the resort one day but the other days we relaxed poolside, got some spa time, and caught up on rest. The reception staff even remembered our name and so did the pool staff. The food was delicious! Most of the time resorts have bland or mediocre food when trying to cater to a larger audience but not here! This was our favorite vacation spot and I can’t wait to go back! We’re considering having our wedding here.

Room was clean, staff was friendly, pools were great, food was good. It would have been nice to have one more dining option. I would have loved it if the jacuzzi tub outside was a hot tub.
