Designed with privacy in mind, the split-bedroom floorplan offers the perfect layout for families or couples traveling together. The en-suite bathroom features dual vanities, granite countertops, and a glass-enclosed walk-in shower with dual rain shower heads. On the opposite side of the home, the second and third guest bedrooms each feature a queen bed and a flat-screen smart TV, offering comfort and privacy for your guests. They share a beautifully appointed bathroom with a single granite vanity, shower-over-tub combination, and direct access to the pool area—a thoughtful and stylish convenience for those sunny Florida days. All bathrooms are stocked with hair dryers, and all linens, bath towels, and pool towels are provided—so you can pack light and settle in with ease.

The 3-car garage provides plenty of space, with two bays available for guests (the third is reserved for the owner’s vehicle). You’ll also find two adult bikes and beach gear, including chairs, umbrella, cooler, and toys for the kids—everything you need for a beach day is ready to go!


Bring the whole pack—your pup included! This dog-friendly home welcomes your four-legged family member to enjoy the Florida lifestyle right alongside you. The partially fenced patio along the south side of the home offers added privacy, while a convenient “doggy door” on the pool cage lets your furry friend come and go with ease. Whether it’s morning sunbathing or evening sniff sessions, we’ve created a space where your pup can relax, explore, and feel right at home. We truly can’t wait to WOOF you a happy stay!
