We spent one week in January at the Mirage and enjoyed it! Rooms were spacious and clean, resort overall was spotless! Food was good with lots of nice restaurants to choose from - although Kabuchi was our least favourite as the food was salty and meat was very tough/chewy. Buffets had lots of choices but food was dry and overcooked as the heaters seemed to be on quite high. Our butler was great (Junior) and we had great service by the pool from Welington. Beach was beautiful and every morning, they swept away the seaweed. Drinks were plentiful and overall entertainment was nice.

Our room was really clean and we really enjoyed our rooftop jacuzzi at night time, looking at stars. Every staff is so friendly, we are very well taken care by our butler, Montero, he helped us book the restaurant as soon as we arrive! Every staff we met, they are so friendly, we danced together. Food was great. Easy to navigate the resort. Lots of entertainments for guests. We really enjoyed every nights while we were there. Definitely revisit in a few years!! Thank you for providing amazing experiences!!

Courteous and friendly staff. Very welcoming! Resort property was beautiful, food was good. Lots of different options. There were a couple things in my actual room that were not quite up to the standard I was expecting. With Mirage being the top of line in the 3 Majestic properties in Punta Cana and had issues with the toilet not flushing sporadically during my stay. Other than that, it was a wonderful trip!
