"I would not recommend this hotel. The rooms are very small, no drawers, pay for housekeeping (I’ve never heard of this before). I could only use ai instead of speaking with someone concerning our stay there. AI gave me two prices for two different time ranges if you come early. The AI message also said you could check in early if you were there from 1:00 on. The woman at the front desk turned that down. We had to kill time for three hour since the room wouldn’t open up til 4:00. The toilets are very loud when flushing, so don’t go to the restroom in the wee hours of the morning; you will be awakened fully or the other person staying in your room. The air conditioner nor heater worked. It was just air for circulation."

"It would have been helpful to know the lobby was under construction, having to walk thru it to get to the elevators every time was a bit weird but other then that i absolutely love this hotel and the staff! I stay here often, its my number 1 choice for downtown Seattle! Best hotel for walking to everything too!"
