Great location, not so great condition
The location of the property was excellent; however, the property appears neglected & requires maintenance. Here's some examples below:
1. Fridge's freezer compartment is missing it's door so the blast air freezes on the items on the fridge door.
2. There's black mold throughout the bathroom.
3. They had to spray for bugs b/c we spotted roaches & spiders immediately.
4. The bathroom sink plunger was leaking, but I fixed that.
5. The kitchen sink sprayer was broken.
6. The kitchen sink drain plug was missing so we couldn't bathe our baby in it (which we were counting on).
7. The garage door was glitchy & wouldn't close at times.
8. A tile step on the staircase was missing & had to get repaired so we had to move around it which toting our baby.
9. The AC unit rose around 10 degrees by midday so the unit's coils may need cleaning.
10. The bedroom's overhead windows need curtains unless you like waking up at the crack of dawn daily on vacation.
