The main bedroom suite features a luxurious king-size bed, spacious walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom with dual sinks, and walk in closet with two dressers. This room includes a 55 inch Samsung Frame TV, and a workspace desk. The TV can be used as a computer monitor. This room also has its own separate patio lounge area that opens to the pool and spa.

The second bedroom is also well-appointed, with a comfortable queen-size bed, large closet with dresser, 45 inch Samsung Frame TV, a workspace desk, and direct access to the main outdoor patio and pool.

Both bathrooms are beautifully designed with modern fixtures, walk-in rain showers and plenty of counter space.

Primary Guest must be 25 years or older. A maximum of 4 overnight occupants allowed.

No parties or large gatherings of any kind are allowed at this property.

No music is to be played outside of the house. Music must be kept indoors at all times.

Quiet hours are between 9PM and 8AM. The city of Palm Springs has a 24hr/day noise ordinance that is strictly enforced. Guests must keep the volume of voices and entertainment to a reasonable level and bring conversations indoors after 9:00 PM and close windows and doors to keep any noise inside. The City may ticket guests for excessive noise. If you are ticketed by the city, you will be immediately evicted and any paid rent will be forfeited. This property has never had a noise complaint.

No smoking or vaping of any kind inside or around the property or outdoor patios and pool area. Violation of this rule will result in a $500 cleaning fee.

No pets of any kind are allowed on the property. Violation of this rule will result in a $500 cleaning fee.

Guest shall not have the right to sublet this property.

There shall be no refunds or credits of rents due to shortened stays or ruined expectations because of weather conditions.

Guest and Guest’s invitees shall hereby indemnify and hold harmless the Host against any and all claims of personal injury, death, property damage, including vehicles, or loss arising from use of the premises regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss. Guest expressly recognizes that any insurance for property damage or loss which the Host or HOA may maintain on the Property does not cover the personal property of Guest, and that Guest should purchase their own insurance if such coverage is desired.
