Legacy Lounge - NEW Pool Home

This superb 5 bedroomed villa offers two lounges and a well-equipped games room on Highgate Park, a gated subcommunity of Legacy Park. The owner has recently added 32" streaming tv's to all bedrooms, allowing you to watch apps like Netflix and Hulu through your own account.

The accommodation comprises of two lounge areas, both with tv's. Separate dining room as well as a nook table and chairs in the kitchen. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, toaster, coffee machine and crockery.

Bedrooms comprise:
Downstairs 1 x king 1 x queen, these bedrooms share a bathroom.
Downstairs cloakroom
Upstairs master bedroom 1 king with ensuite bathroom
Upstairs two sets of twins

The pool is a great size and the owner has recently bought new loungers for catching those rays!

Please note - prior to booking there is 21 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.

Pool Policy: This home has a private pool - Pool Heat is available and is $35.00 / per day - must be requested and paid for in advance to your stay. (Depending on the weather - temperature of pool could vary) Please inquire in advance.

Pet Policy: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.

No Smoking of any kind is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00 penalty fee.

Supplies – Each property is equipped with only a starter toilet paper and hand soap. Any additional supplies needed the guest will be responsible for.

BBQ Grill: is available for an additional $70.00 / per stay - must request for this in advance.

The house was very over rated. Not really clean, definitely dated, smaller than expected, beds were not that good, and taps fell off in one tub. DDefinitely NOT

Spring Break

Pool was excellent. Game garage was cool. The layout was good. Lots of space and bathrooms were excellent. Found that the box springs in downstairs bedroom was broken so could not use that bedroom. The mattress in the upstairs master definitely needs to be changed. Overall I would stay here again.
