Had a good stay at 45 Times Square. It was a great location to all the shows and the staff was so helpful. The room was comfortable and worked out great for me and my 2 teenage boys. The beds were decently comfy and the room was cool and quiet.

The staff at this hotel was exceptionally kind and helpful. As someone who travels frequently for work, I understand that issues can arise. However, beyond the excellent staff, I cannot recommend this hotel. My initial room had an immediate, strong odor, with visible mold on the window and in the bathroom. Broken tiles and peeling wallpaper further detracted from the room's condition. Given my asthma, I felt unsafe staying there for two nights and requested a room change. The staff promptly moved me to a new room that smelled clean and was free of mold. Unfortunately, the air conditioning in the second room was not working, and maintenance was needed to get it fixed as the temperature wouldn't drop below 75 degrees. For a stay costing over $900, while I appreciated the staff's efforts, the condition of the rooms was unacceptable and I would not choose to stay here again, especially at this price point.

The bed was one of the most uncomfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. The AC barely worked, and I asked to have it repaired at least four times and no one ever came up to see if they could fix it. Great location, but I wouldn’t recommend this hotel rooms are tiny and not having anyone acknowledge my service request really is disappointing

Clean small rooms. A lower price for less space in Times Square. I'm okay with that for the times I come in to grab a quick matinee on Broadway and don't want to get home late at night. It's not bad at all- the cleanliness was my biggest concern but it was really quite good.
