Staff were wonderful, check in and check out or seamless and easy. They held our bags on the last day while we toured the city. Wi-Fi was great. Perfect area to walk Central Park or take the city bus downtown.

Staff was curtious and check in was quick. Bathroom sink leaked, tub would not hold water, and the toilet required constant work to get it to stop running. Housekeeping was efficient and good, bathrooms just need an overhaul.

Staff was nice- however not worth the money we paid to stay here. Bathroom seemed like it had quite honestly not been cleaned in weeks and had what looked like termite damage on the bottom on the wood. We saw a couple of bugs in our room as well. Do yourself a favor and spend a couple extra hundred bucks to stay somewhere nicer!
