We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was welcoming and friendly. The room was spacious and cleaned every day. I actually left a diamond cross necklace in the room after check out, which the staff returned to me. The location was also very central to everything we wanted to do in New York.

I've stayed here twice already and will likely keep coming back. Every room has a bathtub, which is very rare for NY hotels, and the room is otherwise just comfortable and the location is fairly convenient. (Not the most central but good enough.)

Hotel is in a great part of town, convenient to transportation. The hotel itself is a little old, but really well maintained, and breakfast in the morning is well done. Staff were amazing. We had a room with a balcony, although you can really only stand on the balcony. There’s a rooftop garden, which is really cute, but way too hot to sit out there on a summer day.
