We stayed 5 days at Aliz hotel. It was fine if you are just needing a place to sleep. I don't understand why they charge a resort fee. It's far from a resort! Staff is rude and not helpful at all. The baggage storage employee is the nicest person there.

Basic hotel. They were supposed to do something for my husband's birthday but they did nothing. We got a room with no view, nobody ever greeted us during our stay. Resort fee is ridiculous. There's a lot of other hotels that offer more for less money.

The room was perfect for me and a friend. Very clean, everything we needed. The restaurant within didn't offer many menu options which was a bit disappointing. Now, this was the BIGGEST problem. The hotel has 3 elevators. 1 was being used for the rooftop bar, 1 was completely out of order and only 1 was available for all guests to use. This was atrocious. The wait times were absolutely ridiculous. People would wait in a line forever. It took 20 minutes for us to get back up to our room when in reality, it should have taken like 2. Listen, the hotel staff were very nice, the location is great, and it was clean. Would I stay here again? Maybe, if they got their elevator situation in order.

Ms. Karen was very nice and helpful upon checkin and check out. The rooftop bar was everything, we greatly enjoyed it. The food and drinks were delicious. The hotel was nice however the rooms were a little small. But it was a great stay.
