-During your stay, you will have access to the entire condo as well as the common spaces of the property. It is forbidden to smoke on the balcony, inside the condo or the property.



-We are asking you to let us know your estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to check in. Regular check in time is from 4 P.M to 9 P.M *Late check in $50 fees applies ( for late arrival after regular check in time. No check in are allowed after 10PM.



-We provide all the basics such as linens, pillows, towels, cookware and dishes. The travellers must do the laundry (towels) during the stay, wash the dishes and empty the garbage. Body soap, shampoo and other hygiene or cleaning supply are not provided.



-We are asking you to let us know your estimated time of departure at least 24 hours prior to check out. Check out time maximum 10 A.M. *Late check out $50 fees applies for late departure after regular check out time. A late check out must be approved by the property's team before.

The place itself is very nice. The location is convenient. Check in at 4 PM with a check out at 10 AM is unreasonable expect a laundry list of things to do despite paying housekeeping fees and yes, they expect you to do laundry.
