I only got to the front desk the place look beautiful uppity and cheerful the problem was when I got to the front desk to check in the cashier manager was a young guy and I was told after reserving the room that it would be $15 for parking per day and if you do not pay the parking they cannot guarantee that your car will not be towed away ( big scam) so when I asked about the hotel parking all the way around they said if you don't pay for parking they cannot guarantee that your car will not be towed so you have a building with no parking unless you pay for it. And then when I got troubled about the news the young manager cashier started being disrespectful so I turned around and left it's not worth the headache somebody needs to do something about front desk Manager .... Unpleasant

My overall stay was great however I had a few issues which I didn't voice. 1. The mini fridge could use a good scrubbing because it was stink 2. The A/C made a clicking sound making it difficult to settle for sleep. Lastly 3. I had very noisy neighbors, tried calling to make a report but the phone didn't work that well. My opinion, the rooms could use a little more insulation to make it more noise resistant. On the flip side the staff was very friendly from the beginning of my stay to the end and they have allowed a relative to collect a package which is being delivered late. I would stay again.

The room was excepcional in general , the bedroom , the bathroom, the airport view from the sixth floor, the room size was big enough & the high ceiling/roof, I liked it like that.

The customer service since we arrive was very bad but just with one guy with glasses in the front desk. The cleaning was sincerely terrible for me. I was there with my family 7 days and they just cleaned the toilet and sink but never the shower and obviously it created mold. They tried to charge me 2 times the payment but thanks to my bank, they alert me about the charges. We always use Aloft around USA but Aloft Miami Airport was TERRIBLE. All the ladies and guy in the front desk were very kind. Not the guy with glasses he was very rude. Also you need to know they charge a deposit of $500 per room and when I checked our room, it has hair, stains in the mattress and the carpets were dirty too, I have pictures. They change our room after show how was it.
