Online this property looks amazing. With me working as a regional manager in property management when I went to the hotel, I filled as if I was catfish. The room had Warren tears with tears all in them. There was tear all over the bathroom. The faucet hardware was rusted out. This hotel isn't transparent online and needs to update current pictures of what the rooms do look like. I stayed in room 223. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. next Door they were also allowed music playing from the room next-door and I had to call the front desk to have them to turn it down. My overall rating would be a 1.5 out of five stars.

Staff were very helpful and kind. The way the hotel operates is good, but it is in very very bad condition and needs to be renovated urgently. The condition of chairs in the rooms was appalling, huge tears in the fabric. The lifts (elevators) were dirty all the time. While it is acceptable that rooms are not serviced daily as that is part of the suite’s methodology, it is bad not to clean the lifts and common areas. But I want to finish again by commending the reception staff who were efficient and friendly.

The overall experience was average. Unfortunately, the furniture in the room was very worn out and visibly deteriorated, with scratches and items in poor condition. This gave the impression of a lack of proper maintenance and negatively affected the comfort of the stay. The staff was friendly, but the hotel needs to update or repair its furniture to improve the guest experience.
