PROS: Great location for FedEx Forum or Beale Street. Valet was very kind and efficient. Starbucks in same building, outside around corner. On-site restaurant. Hotel lobby bartender made a phenomenal lemon drop martini. CONS: This hotel is sub-par for a Westin. Hotel room is not very clean, hair in bed and all around shower. Shower has black mold in doors, tile is worn. Furniture is worn. Using the crevice tool on a vacuum could do this hotel wonders.

I had a wonderful stay! The staff was very friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. My room was clean and well-kept, and the overall ambiance was peaceful and inviting. I absolutely loved the blue LED string lights on the outside, they created such a relaxing and beautiful nighttime atmosphere. Breakfast was delicious as well. I will definitely be returning!

Electronic keycard kept failing. Needed to be replaced more than once per day. No staff in the restaurant for lunch or dinner. On several occasions we waited in the restaurant hoping to eat. Several staff looked our way, but no one came over to help.
