I love The Marylebone - comfortable home away from home with more rlegance! Quiet, private, fantastic location - great staff and lovely bar and restaurant! Access to a great private gym too!! Always stay here when possible!

Our check in was 3p, and our room wasn't ready till 5p. We had a second room as part of the "family rate", but still shouldn't happen. Felt a little second-class, and not offered anything for the delay. Otherwise it was a great experience, just not perfect and it really could have been.

This hotel is fabulous! Located in a charming, very walkable neighborhood with tons of shopping, dining, and pub options. Front desk staff at check in was amazing - accommodated an early check in & coordinated a lovely birthday surprise for us. They also had some very helpful recommendations on nearby restaurants. The bar in the lobby was nice for a quick drink before or after dinner. We will be back!

The hotel was a bit expensive for what it was. While clean/ good service, the showers were tiny, didn’t get hot and water pressure was mediocre. The turn down service also left the windows open (while hiding behind a curtain), creating noise overnight.
