The room was very clean and the staff was very helpful. I loved the fruit in the lobby and the excellent water pressure in the shower. The hair dryer was also excellent! The beds were just too hard for me.

A revisit as we have been here previously and love it. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Breakfast is amazing with so much choice. The car park next door is very handy and the location is right next to Gloucester Road station so really handy. Lots of eating options right on the doorstep too. We will definitely come back again. Thank you.

Adequate stay near Gloucester underground so convenient. Skinny narrow rooms that have all you need. Constant running toilet needs to be jiggled but its a pretty old building. The fitness room requires a separate key and directions were wonky. Feel sorry for those in room 125. I was walked in on at 8:30 am without a knock. Seemed too early for housekeeping. Missed the red or green tassle as a message by choosing which one to hang on the door. I watched a doorman open the front door for others but would seem to get busy with other matters when i was near. I opened the door for myself and carried my luggage down the stairs. Seems pretentious.

Really enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was a tad on the smaller side, but we weren’t looking for room size when we booked. We wanted to see London. Another plus to the Baileys Kensington is it is right beside the tube station which gave us easy access to most all of London. I would definitely stay here again. And I highly recommend it.

An absolute gem of a hotel. Excellent professional service, beautifully designed rooms that are large especially for London standards and an amazing location for all local services and right next to Gloucester Road tube station for quick links around London.
