The family room was spacious enough. The hotel staff were nice, offered storage of luggage. Very close to the train station with places to eat and drink. The area is one of our favorites in London. Recommending this place to others.

Clean and tidy hotel. Brilliant staff. TV didn't work in room and they moved us to a bigger room straight away. Comfy beds, although the air conditioner was so old and loud you couldn't have it on overnight.

Lovely hotel, great location near Natural History Museum and Royal Albert Hall. Check-in was delayed but Janet at the reception desk was very helpful and offered alternative solutions while my room was being prepared. Would definitely stay again.

Shortly after arriving, we noticed air conditioning was not working in our room. Staff came up to have a look and verified the issue. Hotel agreed to give us new room next day. Luckily, it was the weather cool that night in London (April 2025). Next day, we had our new room. A little inconvenient, but staff responded quickly. Had new room next day with good A/C.

Good sized rooms, property is like a maze! Apparently got upgraded but wouldnt say the room was duluxe, it faced out into a courtyard that had the air conditioning unit so no view. We did have a sofa bed that had been made up but it wasnt required as there were only 2 of us anyway.

One to avoid

Upsides: - Great location - Friendly staff in reception and bar Downside: - Unusual smell from pillows - Bed felt itchy - Loud ventilation or extractor fan running automatically, had to put in headphones to drown out the sound - Shower unit and the room in general was pretty worn out - Poor soundproofing - Can take a long time to reach your room due to building layout You'd be better off spending £20 less and getting an Ibis, or £20 more and finding a proper 4 star hotel.

Staff went above and beyond making us feel so welcome! The breakfast was absolutely delicious and certainly worthwhile getting - everything was so fresh and yummy. Also, for dinner you must try the lamb…it’s one of the best meals I’ve had in my life!

Great location , hotel in need of major refurbishm

It was a trip to the South Kensington area and the hotel is well situated for the Museums, tube station and Royal Albert Hall. However, for a Radisson it was poor. The hotel is in need of a major modernisation programme and the rooms looked very tired indeed. There was no information on wi-fi and it seemed a bit grim all round.
