I booked this hotel based on location and reviews. The location was perfect however I should have not purchased the breakfast package, it was over priced for what they serve and quality was lacking. Check in was a nightmare after an overnight flight. They said they would send a text when a room was ready, they never did. Staff overall were nice however housekeeping needs improvements. Needless to say I wouldn’t book again.

Excellent hotel stay. Great value for the price. The location is perfect if you want a daily view of Big Ben and the London Eye. The Hop On Hop Off bus stop is a block away. The rooms were very comfortable and the staff extremely friendly. Loved the bowlers worn by the valet crew!

It is a lot different to when i last stayed in 2019. No more separate toiletries in the room. They are now bottled fixed to the wall. Room was comfy and clean and staff very friendly but some of charges for extras are extortionate - £6.50 for a 3 egg omlette at breakfast and you need a mortgage if you need any clothes washed. Nowhere near as good as it used to be
