Once the hotel staff learned we were celebrating my granddaughter’s 16th birthday they went all out to make our trip memorable. We returned to our room one night to find a beautiful card and chocolate “Grover” dog to enjoy. We had high tea in the main dining room and , once again, Maddy received a birthday cake and staff singing happy birthday to her. The hotel is immaculate and service is 5*.
