I stayed at Central Hotel Park from 30th November to 1st December and unfortunately had a very negative experience, mainly due to the behaviour of one of the security staff.
I completely understand the hotel’s policy regarding the number of guests allowed in a room. However, when I explained that a friend would only be visiting for around 30 minutes (not staying overnight), the security guard became extremely rude and aggressive. Instead of calmly advising me or directing me to reception, he raised his voice at me in the lobby and spoke in a hostile way that was completely unprofessional.
What shocked me most was that he threatened to cancel my booking with no refund simply because I asked a question. He then said he knew where I worked and would come to “disturb” me, and even referenced having a photocopy of my ID in a way that felt intimidating. As a guest, this made me feel unsafe and disrespected.
Because of this, I didn’t even feel comfortable reporting other issues with my stay:
• The room was extremely cold — the heater didn’t work properly.
• There was loud construction noise early in the morning, making it difficult to rest.
Normally I could overlook these things for a short stay, but the unprofessional behaviour from the security staff overshadowed everything. This team member is absolutely not doing the hotel any favours — he is damaging the hotel’s reputation and making guests feel uncomfortable.
