Had a Wonderful stay!! The Resort fee was a little out there , I didn’t expect to get charged from Travelocity plus The Rio ( 3rd party). But nonetheless it was a nice stay. Concierge brought my needed items Fast!

Was not assigned a room I was shown online. The room was absolutely filthy and had stains from smoke damage, water damage, dirt on carpet that won’t come out, dirty sofa I’m sure had bed bugs. Pillows and sheets smelled of mildew I’m sure there’s growth of mold somewhere in there. The rooms advertised online is that shows renovated and beautiful are not what they are assigning people at check in. The room looked like there was a rock star party in 1972 that never ended. Absolutely the worst experience. The staff were friendly, and casino/resort was fine but being blind winded by a room assignment was heartbreaking for my first experience to Vegas.

Property was very unsafe and smell very strongly of drugs and cigarettes to the point it is unbearably disgusting. The rooms were very outdated and they could do a lot better they seem to allow prostitutes to loiter the property at which point staff never removes them and allows them to make guests feel unsafe

Great Check In Service!!

Self check-in is much improved since my last visit there 3 years ago. Room was clean but furniture looked a tad worn and some bathroom tiles needed replacing. I’d stay there again!

The internet was very difficult to log on to and you simply could not log into it for two of the three days. Tried calling for help, but only got an AI response and was told that you could not phone the front desk for help. There was broken glass in the parking garage that I reported at check-in and it was still there two days later. Dealers for Pai Gow were very friendly and helpful.

This hotel has 2 towers. I stayed 2 nights, 1 night in the Ipanema tower and 1 night in the masquerade tower.The Ipanema tower is new and nice, but the masquerade tower is old and our room smelled like pee. Also I had a terrible experience because they charged me 396 usd supposedly because they found a smoke smell in my room. I stayed with 2 of my girlfriends and we NEVER, absolutely NEVER smoke or use any kind of drugs. I went to reception to ask them what was that charge about and they told me that and after I stood up for myself and demand a refund they did it but the guy was always telling me to be careful next time, I told him to come to my room and check our bag, make us a test to see if we are smokers and he was just repeating be careful next time. It was very offensive to me. This situation makes me think, how many times this people do that to the clients who probably get drunk and they don’t remember, it is Las Vegas some people go to gamble in casinos or party there and drink, or maybe people who never check their accounts. They are not reliable, they are very abussive and if you have the opportunity of staying there, please waste it. In my case never again.
