The room was in good condition, but lacked such basic common sense conveniences...No hooks in the bathrooms for towels, no coffee maker, only a couple plastic cups for water - no water in room, our room had no sign to have the room cleaned (they missed one day), and when I called, she thought I put the sign out on the knob that it was occupied. I didn't even have a sign?! The room was fun, but needed to be updated. ALSO - I was charged $30 to check in 2 hours early, but didn't have to pay it if I went for the $15 a day for them to put me on a higher floor! I checked out 2 hours early, I'm sure I won't get that back. Nickel and Dime everything!!

Nice staff, rooms aren't anything special. Really enjoyed my phone ringing at 3 in the morning because the room below mine was flooding out... 2 stars because it wasn't my room so they get an extra star for that. Was awoken again earlier in the morning by the building engineer. Nice enough guy doing his job to find the leak. He thought a pipe under my room / above the room under us was leaking. I'm sure they're enjoying cutting the floor or wall to fix that. Also there was hair nicely spread throughout the entire bathroom, and the bathroom faucet handle wasn't even tight to the sinks countertop.

Amenities were closed for the season and there was always additional charges that i had to inquire about at the front desk. Well located on the strip tho! Also do not pay additional ammount for an attraction view! Not worth it.

The room was clean, the beds were comfortable. Overall, the stay was good. We were cautious about opening cabinets etc because we've read so many horror stories about hotels adding bizarre fees for things like opening the in-room refrigerator. A list of extra fees should be posted in every room. There are 2 very annoying problems that make a 5 star review impossible. First, we used self-parking, since the valet rate is $40 per day. Finding the entrance to the self-parking ramp was frustrating, but the real trouble was the 15 minute trek carrying our luggage through the Miracle Mile mall. At check-in, we were told to use our Nevada driver's license when we left the garage and "the parking would be free." Nope. There's a notice on the parking lot exit barrier that says "Nevada License's not recognized" and the charge was $20.00. Very annoying. Charging for parking in Vegas is a total money-grab given the miles of parking garages on the Strip, but if you tell people it's "free" then you better make sure it's the truth. We attended the Jeff Foxworthy show (excellent!) at the theater. I have some minor mobility issues and had trouble with the steps that make up the aisles. There are no handrails and climbing the steps at the end of the show was difficult. The steps are not high, but I'm not alone in needing something to help pull myself up. (Yes, there is an elevator but the ramp to get there was extremely crowded and the wait for the elevator was very long.)
