Whatever you do, please avoid this place. The walls are thin and there are no noisy neighbors. Everywhere beds are horribly uncomfortable to get meat service you have to pay for it. There is no way to contact the front office and the rooms are simply basic. This has to be the worst day I have ever booked in Vegas I will never book this hotel ever again and I will tell all my family and friends to avoid it at all cost. Do not stay here.

The door connecting to next room is too thin, we can hear next door people talking like we are sharing one big room. They even let their kid running around in the hallway around 2am and hotel management didn’t do anything. We couldn’t sleep well. The sofa bed is very hard to set up to a regular size bed. The hotel is about 5 months old, we like it’s new but we can smell the Oder of hallway carpet, new floor, new paint and new cabinets, those Oder made me uncomfortable.

My family and I loved staying here. Although we didn’t get to use the kitchen, it had everything one would need to cook basic meals. My teens enjoyed swimming in the heated pool at night. The balcony had a wonderful view of the city. The only downside was that it’s not very soundproof, so the morning commute was pretty loud, even with with earplugs in. Despite this detail, we’d definitely come back.

Very new hotel with potential. Had multiple issues with the door lock and there isn’t much noise dampening between rooms. We could hear thumping from kids jumping around above our room and could clearly hear the conversations from the next door room. Made it hard to sleep. Hope the hotel will make improvements.

Fancy IoT and AI enabled, need the KEE app to access, no room card for me, kiosk check in failed from photo verification. But overall check-in was pretty quick and helpful from Front Desk- really nice staffs! Bed is kinda noisy and feel unsecured from missing bolts - not sure or just it is, very sensitive co alarm, and they have 3 of them - just very loud when triggered from cooking e.g.: fried steaks and eggs, vegetables ok…. Need to open the balcony door and window plus air vent from kitchen and the HOVC. Enormous room space, modern kitchen. Short circuits happens sometime, especially the sockets inside the bathroom, gotta take the hairdryer out to avoid the circuit jump. Overall exceptional, the one star deduct are from those little issues, but just fine happens to my apartment sometimes, so know how to deal with it.

All the reviews about the hard beds and lame room-keys were accurate, but the hotel otherwise was really convenient and nice. For the price it was fantastic. The kitchen had basic stuff, but prepare to bring your own dish soap, dishwater pods, garbage bags, toilet paper, etc. The hotel will tell you they only give you enough stuff for one night.

It is by far the nicest and coolest hotel I have ever been in. I would rate it 5 stars easily if it wasn't for one small -but imho key- detail: to have an earlier check in or a late check out the fee was comparable with the cost of the full night at the hotel. I find this fee to be too high to be reasonable. If it wasn't for this I would recommend this hotel to just everyone.

The kitchen was the best. It was a full size kitchen stocked with everything you need to clean the dishes. You can really feel at home while staying here. Raquel and Connor are the best hosts at the bar. We truly enjoyed how simple it was to get checked in and out. I highly recommend staying here whether it’s for family or by yourself.

The room is clean and staff are very nice and friendly. However, the digital key is not working well. You have to try many times to have a door open. for the room I stay, the door was offline completely, I have to ask the security to open the door with a key. Many people had the similar experiences with their digital keys. Horrible system!

front desk staff was VERY RUDE towards our family wanting a normal check in card instead of downloading an app. we were in town for a funeral. and they DIDNT HELP AT ALL.

It’s still very brand new they don’t have anything to eat on the property. The restaurants haven’t opened yet the bed is extremely squeaky.
