The property was clean and quiet. I slept well. Our room was large and had a nice bathroom with a tub and shower. The pool was well-maintained and warm. There was great transportation around the strip and many nice places to eat and shop close by. The staff was helpful and friendly when asked for directions or information. The security ensured safety at the resort. The downside to the resort was the gambling scene lacked a lot of the energy the other hotels in the area have. The games did not have many people to play or socialize with. There are a lot of "hidden" fees with the hotel that I was not aware of before purchase (such as no room fridge without a 65-dollar-a-day rental charge among others.) The fridge and snacks in the room are motion-sensored so even if you bump a water or move a product you will be forced to pay for them. Keep in mind the water isn't cold... it's sitting on the desk taking up space and if you move it will cost you 25$, Which is why I can't give the hotel 5 stars in good conscience.

The property is clean with secured elevator access. The rooms are well kept, spacious, and clean.There is an option to skip check in at the desk and use a digital key. There is a variety of food options, shopping, and shows. While the hotel is on the strip, it is not necessary to leave. Mandalay Bay has all you need and we look forward to visiting again.
