This was our first time staying at this hotel, we booked for 2 night and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The check-in line was long, and the staff looked unfriendly and angry. We frequently travel from LA to Las Vegas and were excited to enjoy the pool on a beautiful day. However, only one pool was open, which made no sense given the number of guests. The area was overcrowded, and many people, including us, struggled to find a place to sit. It’s frustrating to choose a hotel with multiple pools, expecting a great experience, only to find most of them closed. Sadly, this left a bad impression, and we won’t be returning or recommending this hotel to others.

What a joke!

Absolutely horrible and all full of lies!! Got to the hotel on a Friday night just wanting to check in and get to my show and dinner with friends. Fast forward 4 HOURS later! Missed my show and dinner, lost out on money for all this all for the check in girl to say “I’m sorry I don’t work for this hotel and am just checking people in.” She also said she can’t help with any type of compensation but to stop back the next day…well the only next two days of my stay had the same lines every day at check in!!!

Overall not a bad place to stay. Our check in was horrendous. Waited in line for several hours multiple times. Staff was resistant to compensating anyone until a day or two later. Otherwise it was clean and comfortable.

The Hotel was going through system change which created manual process- it took 4 hrs after we check in to get a room. The rooms are already prepaid through Expedia but I see a charge for lodging in my credit card tor which I have not received a bill. Now I have to call them to sort out. May be Expedia can help
