I asked for 12 o clock checkout as are plane wasn’t leaving until 3.30. She gave me a straight out no and was quite abrupt. Yet when we checked out of treasure island after only one night to move to horseshoe for 8 nights asked them for 12 o’clock as your check in wasn’t until 4 they couldn’t have been more helpful. I have stayed at ballys and horseshoe at least 15 times but I know where I’ll be staying next time

I traveled to Las Vegas to play the WSOP. The location was perfect because all the events are located there. However, the smoking is insane. If you're a non-smoker do not stay here longer than a few days. You'll feel the effects of the smoke the longer you stay. I'm surprised the city still allows this knowing the affects it can do to ones health.

The ventilation in lobby /casino smelled strongly of smoke at all times. The staff was friendly. Housekeeping was good. Bed very comfort and I loved the large shower.

I really love the proximity to center Strip and multiple restaurants, shows, etc. It's also conveniently close to Allegiant as well as non-strip shopping.
