I wasn’t very happy with the house keeping services at the grande hotel. We called 2 times to get our rooms cleaned. No one ever came. We asked for fresh towels and coffee for the next morning. Didn’t receive them till after 10 PM.

To charge $20 a day just to have a microwave in your room is ridiculous, that’s a basic thing all rooms usually have. Also for the price of the room and not have a refrigerator is piss poor👎….all the other main hotel have a real restaurant and the music that played late in the night is ridiculous…..this by far was my worst hotel stay…. And house keeping comes once a week👎👎👎i will never stay here again… i was anxious to check out

Room was poorly insulated. Could hear thumping music until 4am even with the cheap "complimentary" ear plugs they gave us. The bed was old and lumpy, couldnt even get comfortable it was so old and run down.
