I have never been in a hotel that requires the guest to request room cleaning. We called for extra towels and received them 2 hours later. There was only one concierge employee checking in and redeeming parking tickets. We had to wait 45 minutes in line to have our ticket validated. I will no longer book at The Downtown Grand Hotel.

The hotel is in a great location but the rooms are dated. There’s no fridge or coffee maker like you might find as basic amenities in most hotels. The beds are thin and uncomfortable. The linens had stains on them. The elevators were very frustrating to use and even when I scanned my card and pressed the buttons it skipped my floor 3 times. I would not stay here again.

Everyone was so nice and hospitable. Rooms need to be remodeled or deep cleaned. Maybe I'm picky but we didn't have a fitted sheet on the bed just a regular sheet that was not even tucked in all the way. The lamp was missing a piece, clock unplugged, and the chair was dirty. Our mirror lamp in bathroom didn't work and just seemed like whoever cleaned didn't do a great job. Again all the staff we talked to was awesome and I didn't say anything to them since we were just sleeping there. Still great location and wonderful people and wouldn't stop me from going back but rooms do need some work

The check in was fast & easy. Gregory was the best! The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. Great place to stay!! This is my 3rd time staying here and will continue to stay everytime I go to Las Vegas!

I booked this hotel because it was convenient and it said that you could have a microwave on request i need it because i have a new born and i warm up his milk and when i got there and asked for it they told me that they have no microwave and any room.
