I wasn’t very happy with the house keeping services at the grande hotel. We called 2 times to get our rooms cleaned. No one ever came. We asked for fresh towels and coffee for the next morning. Didn’t receive them till after 10 PM.

When we first checked in they said they didn’t have the King suite available that we reserved. At 1130 pm they all of a sudden had a king suite. Both the queen room they first had us in and the king room were dirty! Would not recommend staying here.

The over all stay was ok . Nothing for a late night eat in the hotel . Shower water temp was warm not hot . Shower pressure was awful . Did enjoy the friendly bar staff . Stayed here twice before but this was my last time staying at the Grand . My wife and I picked the stay at the Grand to celebrate are 4 weeding anniversary. Kinda disappointing .
