We were given an adjoining room that we didn't want and the person next to us had their TV on extremely loud. They wouldn't answer the door when we knocked to discuss. Wasn't able to change rooms. Other than that room was clean.

The staff at check was amazing - very helpful and friendly. The pool was nice as was the hot tub, although the heater was not working on the hot tub. However, the room, had an issue. The beds were great and everything appeared clean, but the room smelled absolutely awful. I thought the air unit might help and it might be stale - that did not help. It smelled like a wet dog - the smell never improved. I woke up several times that night due to the smell. Other family members that we met at the hotel remarked on the smell and we had to leave our room to visit.

This was our third stay here and it was excellent. Very clean, comfy beds, great breakfast, and in a quiet area. They also have a great pool and hot tub.
