Great location, close to Kona.

Great location (close to awesome beaches, shopping center, restaurants); nice condo with spacious rooms. No airco but air ventilators worked sufficiently. The only negative thing was that the dishwasher didn’t work.

Good location. Advertised as having air conditioning, but did not. It was unbearably hot. The other deal breaker was the louver windows in the bathroom and bedroom that were missing or broken. Anyone could could remove the screen and enter the condo! At the least anyone could look into these rooms as the glass louvers were missing. The on-site manager was this scuzzy guy that was zero help. We had to waste two hours on the phone with Expedia getting relocated to another hotel.

Very friendly staff. Despite the fact that I checked in at night and couldn’t figure it out, the manager was in touch with me for about 40 minutes until I found my number! All amenities! 5 stars for everything!
