Great location but...

Cute place but disappointed in the TV since it stopped working on day 1. Day 3 we fixed ourselves. Communication was slow about a solution for TV and was via email and never received a call. Sitting is on bed was needed since its a studio but the bed kept moving away from wall. Coffee maker requires pods so I donated a reusable pod so hawaiian ground coffee can used and less trash for environment.

We were sad to see this was not what it said on the booking. There is no ocean views from the room. The AC barely gave any cool air so the room was always hot. They only gave a half a roll of TP for the week. People on site were not friendly. Parking is horrible. It is in a central spot for walking. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Cross the highway is the ocean, but mostly private. Very little beach area.

Great little unit in a very central location

This was a great little unit conveniently located across the street from the beach and walking distance from all the shops of Kailua. Parking in the complex was limited and we used street parking along the road. Nice home base for exploring the Kona side of the island.
