I love staying here it’s quiet convenient to shops walkable restaurants and CVS pharmacy. Staff didn’t provide me with a welcome bag during this visit which is fine I only stayed one night. I wasn’t sure if the bathroom was facing future renovations there must have been a leak or something because the patching on the roof was awful.

Entrance sliding door was damaged. Took me about 5 minutes every time to get the sensor to acknowledge I was entering for the door to open often times I would have to push the door to slightly open for the sensor to work. The extension cords in the bedrooms were so outdated. As the room had very little outlets my room had an outlet cord Iron worked Shower was clean and worked properly Staff was nice

We checked in around 8pm and the lady in the front desk is not approachable. I’m already in front of her and she’s still looking at her phone. I said hello and that’s the time she acknowledged me, ddn't even say hello. And she gave us a king bedroom while I booked for 2 queens. Ddnt say sorry. Glad I stayed only for one night.

Exceptional Stay Near the Galleria! I had a fantastic experience at Homewood Suites by Hilton Houston Near the Galleria! From the moment I checked in, the staff made me feel welcome and at home. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the Galleria, which made shopping and dining incredibly convenient. The suite was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The full kitchen was a huge plus, especially for a longer visit. I also appreciated the complimentary hot breakfast each morning and the weekday evening socials—they added a nice touch and made the experience feel even more hospitable. The hotel amenities, including the fitness center and indoor pool, were well-maintained and not overly crowded. Parking was easy, and I always felt safe coming and going. Whether you're in town for business or a family trip, I highly recommend this property. It truly feels like a home away from home. I’ll definitely be staying here again next time I’m in Houston!
