Our home at 179 Miami St is in the Frangista Beach neighborhood, just steps from the private beach access and close to great spots for food and drinks. There’s plenty to do right nearby, and even more shopping and dining just a short drive away.

You have access to the entire house
But we ask guests to not touch the pool equipment, or go in the locked owners closet


Zula Breeze is a fun and spacious beach house designed for families and groups looking to relax, reconnect, and enjoy everything Destin has to offer. With 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a fully fenced backyard, and a private pool/hot tub combo, there’s plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy.

Located in the highly desirable Frangista Beach neighborhood, you’ll be just a short 4-5 minute walk from the private beach access.

POOL & HOT TUB - (optional heating):

- Can be used both as pool or spa - size 8'x14'
- Heating optional for an additional fee - $50/night, full stay only


BEACH ACCESS:

- Short 4-5 min walk to the beach - Private beach access - Frangista Beach - Hollywood St.
- Beach cart (wagon), beach chairs, umbrella and other beach stuff for you to use free of charge.


PARKING:

- Up to 5-6 cars on our driveway
- Street parking is not allowed


INCLUDED AMENITIES:

- Super High-Speed internet with mesh network WiFi 6 that even extends into the yard
- Bath & pool towels provided (we don't provide beach towels)
- Washer and Dryer (Laundry detergent provided)

PETS:

- We are pet friendly!
- $150 pet fee applies (per pet). If you plan to bring more than 5, contact us

YOUNG GUESTS:

We welcome responsible groups of all ages. However:
- If the majority of adult guests are under 25, a separate $750 refundable damage deposit and parents contact info are required
- If all guests are under 21, alcohol is not permitted on the property
- No parties or events allowed

Zula Breeze is located in the beautiful Frangista Beach neighborhood of Destin, Florida - close to restaurants, shopping, beach activities, and local attractions.

You’ll be within walking distance or a short drive to some of the area’s best dining, entertainment, and family activities.

You can walk or bike safely in the neighborhood. Car is recommended. You can also rent a street legal golf cart that is great to get around the area and to the beach.

Optional pool/swim spa heating:
Pool/swim spa can be heated per your request with additional fee: heating is $50/night (full stay only)

Pets are welcome:
Well behaved Pets are welcome with a $150/per pet pet fee (6 pets max)

Young guests:
We welcome responsible groups of all ages, however if the majority adult guests are under 25 - a $750 refundable damage deposit, and parents contact info are required.
If everyone in your group is under 21 - alcohol is not allowed on the property.

No parties or events allowed. Max occupancy is 18 people at any given time.
The City has quiet hours strictly enforced 10pm-7am

Primary guest must complete ID verification and sign rental agreement before check-in instructions are released
