This spacious retreat comfortably sleeps 10–13 guests. Upstairs, you’ll find three bedrooms: The primary suite offers a king bed, mini-refrigerator, and espresso coffee maker. Bedroom #2 features another king-size bed, an espresso machine, and direct balcony access. Bedroom #3 includes a queen bed, mini-fridge, coffee maker, and direct balcony access; it shares a bathroom with Bedroom #2.
On the main level, a sitting area with a queen pull-out sleeper sofa can be closed off with barn doors. The sunroom provides two additional queen sleeper sofas—can also be private with French doors—plus a desk for anyone working remotely. In the living room, you’ll find a full-size sleeper sofa. All linens are provided, including bed linens, bath towels, hand towels, and a set of beach towels.
