A two-night minimum stay is required.
A signed Rental Agreement is required prior to check-in. Contracting guests must be 25 years or older with a valid ID matching the reservation name.
Dog Friendly: Maximum of two dogs, 25lbs or less.
Restricted breeds per HOA: Pit Bull-type, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Malamute, Doberman Pinscher, Chow Chow, Wolf-dog hybrid, or Husky-type.
Pet Fees: $100 per pet (7 days or less), $200 (8–29 days), $300 (30+ days).
Pet Cleaning Fees: $50 (7 days or less), $75 (8–29 days), $100 (30+ days).
For long-term stays, mail may be forwarded to the property address and retrieved from the front office during the guest’s stay.
