Beautiful Village by the Beach Townhome! Heated Resort Pool! Winter Specials!

Village by the Beach is one of the newest and best properties on the island. Located perfectly with Whitecap Beach just a short walk, and great fishing all around. So many great sights in and around the Corpus, Padre, and Mustang Island areas, please let us help be your tour guide. Our super spacious 1 bedroom features King bed, and great bunk beds for the kids. Big fully equipped kitchen, and full size washer and dryer. Sweet 1080p 55 inch smart tv in the living, and 39 inch for the bedroom. Oh how we love it down there. Thanks! Sincerely, Ken and Jessica

We had a great time during our stay. The beautiful beach is walkable or you can go with your vehicle right on the beach if you get a pass. The condo is as we see it on VRBO. Communication with the owner Kenneth was really good. People are friendly.

Great place to stay

The townhome was as described. It was clean and had all the basic necessities. The two parking spaces out front were great and we loved the proximity to the beach. Communication with the owners was excellent.

Great stay!

The location of the property was very close to the beach. Still felt like we needed to drive since we had a lot of stuff but can definitely walk if you can carry your belongings in a wagon. Property felt clean and the two pool areas were kept up nicely.
