This sparkling clean space is a newly acquired home offering brand new furnishings throughout. The main floor features a living, dining, powder room, and nicely appointed kitchen along with rear entry private garage access. The upper level is home to two private bedrooms with private baths and full-size laundry facilities.



Enjoy the great outdoors in both of the two common areas with play areas and a sport court. Take a walk or ride your bike to Quail Lake via the trail across from the park. Broadmoor Arena, shopping, and dining are all within walking distance.
