VILLA LAKE name says it all. This elegant home captures the beauty of SW Florida living as soon as you walk in. The spectacular water view over one of the 8 lakes seems to go on and on due to the "infinity edge" pool. The spacious living room with "disappearing sliders" open up to the huge lanai and outdoor living at its finest which includes a built-in grill area.

A gourmet kitchen with gleaming granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances invite entertaining your guests. There is a large master bedroom with adjoining elegant bath featuring a walk-in shower area, tub and modernistic sinks on granite counters. Large walk-in closets. To round off the many special features, a three-car garage for your convenience and storage and, on the dock, a hammock is inviting you to enjoy the spectacular sunsets.

You have full access to the house, lanai, pool, dock - everywhere. The house is dedicated to you while you are there.

We enjoyed our stay. This home is large enough for 4-6 people. The pool is large therefore more difficult to heat. They have a cover but difficult for us to handle when we had a few cooler nights.

Beautiful vacay home!

Good location, nice neighborhood. House very comfortable and great pool. Pool table another nice add. No big complaints, but surprised about the extra charge on electricity and very low replacement amenities e.g. TP, soaps, etc. when paying that amount for 6 nights. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Great time

The house was everything it says it is and more, we had a great time! We got a house vs a hotel because we didn’t want to see other people bu it seemed like everyday someone was there between the pool guy or the screen people or the grass guy that would just show up with what seemed at random. Also the check in process seemed quite lengthy. Aside from the visitors everything was great and the house and location were perfect.
