Newly remodeled in south east Cape Coral. It includes a new 40 x 14 electric heated pool with a large screen enclosure. Enjoy swimming laps in a pool that is not only long enough to do so but also while having the pool temperature where you want it to be no matter how warm or cool it is outside. Invite your friends over for a great time at this oversized pool for the perfect pool party. The home features all new appliances, plumbing, light fixtures, kitchen cabinets, granite countertops and tile floors throughout the entire house. It has an open floor plan. This home has been remodeled from the ground up and also includes crown molding and brand new furniture purchased in December of 2009. Enjoy the large patio or even sit back and relax watching cable TV. Should you be here on a business trip the home has high speed internet and phone service. Smaller dogs allowed!!!! The yard has been fully redone. New landscaping includes large palm trees and beautifully decorated flowerbeds. Enjoy the water views of this corner lot on wide intersecting canals. Or sit on the patio to enjoy the beautiful Florida sunsets at this prime location. The home features a large circular driveway in case you have lots of guests over and this way no worries for parking. The house has approximately 1800 sq ft of living space and also 1900 sq ft of lanai and pool area. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and close to downtown cape coral.

Important: This is a 3 bedroom home. 4 guests are included in the posted rates. Each additional guest in this home will be charged an ADDITIONAL FEE. Guests under 6 years of age are free of charge. For online reservations you will be able to add additional guests during the booking process.

Are There More Than 5 Stars?

What a gem. The house is tastefully decorated and well laid out. Fully stocked even had coffee! Great beds and nice linens. Easy, clear instructions and great communication. But let's be truthful. Except to sleep on those great beds and making that coffee, every possible moment was spent on the incredible screened lanai or in the perfect heated lap pool, looking at the amazing views! Pure charm watching the parade of small craft go out or come back in. Never noisy just puttering out... The neighborhood is quiet and laid back.. Did I mention the view and the sunsets? What a great vacation spot! Close to great resturants but then you would need to leave the lanai. Highest rating

Enjoy the beauty

Very clean and beyond beautiful!!! Has everything you will need! Honestly there was not 1 thing that "we wish" they had. If it's at your current home..they have it and then some. Absolutely gorgeous 40x14ft pool!!!! Also at a canal intersection along with boat lift. Has some of the most beautiful sunsets I've ever seen in my life!! It's a corner lot so you have about 300+ feet of canal on the property. Has it's own turn around..own personal court really. Big kitchen/living room for entertainment. 4 different ways to get out to lanai..3 of which are double doors, 1 other goes to bathroom/shower. We only used 2 of the rooms, but beds are very comfortable!! House has all updated and working appliances, including new samsung washer/dryer. Kitchen sink/bar window overlooks pool/canal. Able to use the 2 car garage was a big plus. Also has doors to the outside in the garage and another in the laundry room. Have stayed in quite a few vacation rentals and this is by far the best place yet!! Very quiet with gorgeous landscaping. The next door house was for sale, but if someone is living there. That's the only people within talking distance.

This is a great property to stay and have a great time. Sunsets were beautiful, pool was very warm and has a lot of privacy. Everything was as described in the listing and more. Very clean and properly maintained. Shopping and restaurants were close and our overall experience was fantastic.
