The Condo was very nice. The only issue is that there was a smell of smoke that lingered, possibly from someone smoking on the patio. My husband has lung issues so this was not pleasant for him.

The property was nice but the company managing the rental did not send check in details. Trying to connect them was difficult & finally the person I got in touch with was rude. Have rented a lot of Vrbo properties & never had the issues I had this time.

Amazing retreat!

Wow! This property was perfect for our family getaway! We had young kids and my retired parents along. It was beautiful, clean, and felt very safe! The property was lovely! A fantastic pool, great diner on site, and was a quiet and easy place to make wonderful memories!

Girls trip

Retired ladies from kinda far away wanted to relax & spread out between seeing shows & doing things in Branson. This was perfect. There was a bed for each of us. Best of all, two bathrooms! We enjoyed being in a “home” rather than a hotel. Plenty of space. Quiet & serene. Gated so we felt safe.

Family getaway

We enjoyed that the rental had 2 Queen beds in the second bedroom along with a king size in the master. It worked out great for our group of 5. The unit stayed pretty stuffy at times. We were warm at night even with the air set to 70 and had to put a fan in the living area to circulate air during the day. The reason I gave 3 stars on accuracy of listing is because there were several more than 6 stairs going down to the unit and you cannot see the lake view as advertised. The bushes behind the unit were too grown up to see the lake. Still a nice view of the mountain though.

Amazing place to stay with Family!

Easy check in process, beautiful property and facilities. Luxury yet very family affordable and fun for the whole family. Our condo was spacious and so comfortable, very clean condo. I would highly recommend this condo to any family. We had 6 of us and there was plenty of room. The clubhouse has great food and drinks for kids and adults. Huge pool that you could spend the entire day at. kids loved the pool!

Perfect Branson condo!

We loved our stay at this condo! The condo was very clean, beautifully decorated and the furniture was comfortable! The view of the forest from the back deck was the perfect setting for morning coffee. The Pointe Royale clubhouse had delicious food and drinks and our kids loved the community pool! The resort was perfectly located and within quick driving distance to all of the fun that Branson offers

When coming to Branson, we knew we didn’t want to be in the middle of all the downtown craziness and this place was certainly far enough removed, but still close enough to easily get to where we needed to go. The only downside was we thought there was going to be a little bit of a water view, but there was not.

Perfect in every way!

This was my first time renting a Property using a service like this. This property was immaculate and exactly as advertised. Everything was comfortable, clean, and there were even little amenities like cold bottles of water in the fridge, little snacks on the counter, and cooking Ingredients staples. The property was quiet, in a great location, and felt very safe. Check in and check out instructions were clear. If we ever come back to the area, we would not hesitate to stay at this property again. Everything was perfect.

Perfect condo for 3 generation weekend trip!

Absolutely perfect condo even had thought of the little things like snacks, water, games to play and box fans for the rooms. Our grandchildren felt just at home here at at our home and kept asking if we bought this place and when we could come back lol. We will be back!

The rooms were all very clean. Located in a gated community which was nice. Just far enough out of town to be a cozy neighborhood and close enough to avoid long drives. We were very impressed with this stay and highly recommend anyone to try it out.
