the property looked nothing like the online pictures. very out dated. Parking lot enterance was dark front lobby waszx not welcoming...police was at the enterance busting someone for drugs that was running from them. no elevator-like I said outdated and dark. It certainly is nothing like the Best Western we stay at in North Platte, NE. Rooms were not up to date and the AC was noisy all night long.

Staff was friendly, breakfast was good with lots of options, and room was nice and spacious. Mattress was way too hard and the room could have been cleaner but overall enjoyed our stay.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Property is tired and needs updating. Room had shower inside Hot tub that required person to navigate stairs to climb into. Difficult for my wife with bad knees. We will no stay there on future visits. ☹️

Couple Trip

Spur of the moment trip to get away. Hotel was well located, our room was clean & easy to get to. Parking lot well lit. Hot tub inside did not work. It was hot, but basically no jets. (we picked this to use the hot tub) The hot tub outside was very hot. Room was good, bed was just very firm, which was ok for my husband, but not for me.
