Location to the strip was good. The comp. breakfast was good. The Hotel advertised a restaurant, but it had been closed. The spa ,another important aspect of me booking was barely working and needs repair. A big disappointment. Also the solid door in the spa room looked dirty and rusted. When you enter the Hotel it has a old musty smell. Our room was upgraded by staff to a handicap room before we arrived. I didn't ask for my reservation to be changed. The handicap room didn't have a vanity in the bathroom, so no where to put your bathroom items. When I told the staff that I wasn't pleased about it and asked about my original booking. There response wasn't to satisfy me, but to say that I could pay an additional $ 20 plus dollars per day to upgrade. I didn't need an upgrade I needed the room I originally booked with a bathroom vanity.They do have a a happy hour on the 9th floor, with a nice view. The menu was frozen appetizers.Our order of mini tacos was over cooked and prob freezer burnt.They took the tacos off the bill, so that was fair, and made a new box, which tasted fine.The hotel appears nicer in the photos than it was. The staff was pleasant and nice. The property needs to do some repairs and don't advertise something that isn't in good repair. The hotel is 2.5 stars based on my experience staying there.

The hotel has outdated electrical. You had to unplug the desk lamp to use the coffee pot. They had no USB ports available. We were there for a week and the telephone in the room was not working. We were told it was in the line and they could not fix it during the time we would be there. Between the photo on the website and the name I was led to believe it was a more modern hotel.

The first couple of nights at this hotel were great. Room was clean, and the staff was friendly. I tipped the house keeper each morning. Then one day I forgot to put a tip out until after I was at my meeting....thinking I would just double up the next morning. When I returned to my room that afternoon, housekeeping had just thrown the blankets on the bed w/out making it just smoothing it down. It just flabbergasted me that she put the flat sheet then the bedspread, then the blanket on the bed, in that order. and that as I said was more or less just thrown on. I took pics of it, but decided not to pursue the matter with management as I was leaving soon anyway. I did not tip for the last 2 days of my stay after treatment like this.
