Nice place and good location

The original apartment had heating issues and had to be moved to the second level apartment which was nice. There was a little issue with codes that was resolved by the morning. Otherwise, it was a nice place.

Our stay at this place was great. It was everything we needed, plenty big enough, very clean, really comfortable bed. All facilities were good. My contact with the host was good although my first message went to spam and took a little time for a reply, but after that one incident response was quick . Although it is still in salem it is slightly further out we ended up getting an uber a few times. So keep this in mind if you have walking issues. But on the whole our stay was great!!!

Pros: Bed was super comfortable Well equipped, updated kitchen Location is about 15-20 walk from many attractions, including restaurants, bars, shopping, museums, etc. Large smart TV in living room Quite area Cons: Light outside bedroom in hallway could not be turned off. Door to bedroom door isn’t level with the floor ( or vice versa), so it’s quite noisy when it’s opened. Owner asks that you not flush toilet paper in toilet

Beautiful renovated property. Centraly located for all the attractions in salem. Even a side trip to new england aquairium in boston. Train station is 5 min walk. Definitly would stay here again

We enjoyed our stay

For the most part my family and I enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and I was able to contact the owner with any questions I had. Good location with nearby shops, historical attractions, pet friendly, and a doggy daycare nearby for times you want or need to go out to places that don’t allow dogs, but don’t want your dog to be all alone for the day. The downside of staying here was finding a sign in the bathroom asking my family and I to not flush toilet paper when using the bathroom. We were told to throw used toilet paper in the trash. This was due to plumbing issues.

Suitable place to stay

Parking instructions were not clear upon arrival, however, we were able to figure it out. The neighboring home had been broken into prior to our arrival and the police had left a card on our door looking for camera footage. This was a little unnerving. The home was spacious and clean for the most part. The upstairs tenants have dogs which do like to bark quite a bit and if you are not early risers, you will be during your stay!

Great Location and very modern

The house was amazing and in a great location. Everything was clean and very modern. Parking was a little confusing but the property manager was very helpful and communicative. The space is private but the house is shared so we kept hearing other tenants come and go but we knew that going in and they were quite while we slept. This was just something we had to get use to. Over all would stay again and would recommend for anyone looking to stay close to Salem!
