"The property was great for traveling with kids. Disneyland was very close. We didn’t go to Disney but we did enjoy Downtown Dianey in the evening. The location was convenient to all of our planned sites. The breakfast area was always busy. The staff did great keeping food refreshed."

"This place is just steps away from the Disneyland entrance. No complaints there! The rooms were nice enough, but small. Still, if you're going to the parks most of the time, you don't really need much. The staff was friendly and helpful. They offer on-site self-parking for a fee, but there are very few of those spaces and you have to get there early to nab one. That's hard to do when check-time in at 4 p.m. They do have a valet service that costs a little more but the valets are friendly and helpful. Again, all these things are worth it for the nearness to the park."

"This hotel is our go to hotel anytime we go to Disneyland. We’ve been coming here for the past 3 years, totaling about 8 times. However, this time around when we stayed there, the room seemed dirty and cringe. My daughter found a toenail on the floor right next to the bed. I think the bathroom needs to be updated because it looks like the wallpaper/paint is starting to come off the wall and the tile is a little moldy. We watched the Disneyland fireworks from the pool, and then headed towards the bar/restaurant in the hotel to order food, around 9:45p. The bartender was rude and told us that they were closed. However, it says they close at 10. I wasn’t too happy this time around when we stayed there. Might have to start looking for a new hotel when we go to Disneyland. (Which is about 2-4x a year!)"

"Hotel was great and convenient if going ti Disneyland!!! Staff were alittle uniformed of places near by when I asked where I could order a pizza, buy beer and when we wanted to go to the rooftop restaurant. They didn’t know where I could order a pizza, the store they sent me two to grab a beer was closed and both times we attempted to go to the rooftop restaurant when told we could go there to watch fireworks or unsuccessful, the first time we walked out the elevator and the staff said they just closed. The second time they told us to go up there and watch fireworks only to be denied because they said they had bookings for private parties."
