The Hotel was beautiful,clean and had the perfect location but I was most impressed by the great staff. Everyone from the doorman to the cleaning ladies, the baristas, tho the front desk attendees were smiling, caring and full of joy.

Very friendly people. They leave you little snacks like popcorn and hot chocolate which I appreciated. There was construction in the lobby but they were very diligent to not disturb anyone. Very comfortable and clean inside. Great location.

For the price and location I thought this place was excellent. Easy valet parking, friendly staff, decent restaurant, clean room with an awesome view. Steps from Washington Street and Downtown Crossing. You can get to Macy’s and the T without going outside.
