"This is a historic property important to the history of San Francisco. The lobby has been re-done by Phillip Stark, and was popular with young workers on weekday afternoons. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I would reserve it again. "

Keep in mind that the room is small, if room size is important to you, this may not be for you, I took the room with the two double beds. The bathroom had a small step to it. Overall it was great and the negatives are nitpicky."
