We were just staying one night and doing nothing but sleeping. The room was clean and comfortable which is all I expected. For a longer stay it would have been great to take advantage of the short walk to all the fun in downtown Manitou Springs.

The property is in a great spot. There are bus stops on either side that will take you to Old Colorado City or Manitou. The spa hot tub was well maintained and the breakfast was decent. Towels had some makeup staining, but the bed linens were clean.

Very clean hotel with comfortable beds and good breakfast. Especially enjoyed the freshly ground coffee. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Quick drive to Red Rocks amphitheater, will definitely stay here again if i come back for another concert.
